The presentation is here<\/a>, and our cover letter is below …<\/p>\n Hello Mr. Sanzo,<\/p>\n There was a presentation scheduled by SaveTheBalaFalls.com to the Township of Muskoka Lakes Council today, but unfortunately, the Township had to cancel this.<\/p>\n However, I believe the information in the presentation will be of interest for the Ministry of the Environment’s impending decision whether this proposed project should be elevated to require an Individual Environmental Assessment.<\/p>\n As carefully documented in this presentation, we feel that the proponent has been misleading the public by providing untruthful information, and has been abusing the process by not divulging that their original Option 1 \u2013 as shown in their own drawing \u2013 could not have been built entirely on the Crown Land owned by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
