Dear Sirs, I have just received notice of this project and have been pouring over the environmental study. I believe some of this information is not all that helpful and that there is other info that should be included.
I agree that the proposed dam is detrimental to the environment, the safety of people, the tourist trade and the beauty and history of Bala.There definitely needs to be more study and there needs to be a full disclosure of all the companies plans in much more detail. There should be no further activity towards this construcyion without a bond and a stiff penalty for not complying with the constraints of such bond.
